Coach Al & Hattie Hollingsworth has been traveling throughout the USA (Sacramento, California, Las Vegas, Nevada; Los Angeles & Ontario, California, Atlanta, Georgia, Tupelo, Mississippi, Washington DC; Maryland) and countries around the globe including Asia (Philippines, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Switzerland, Thailand), Africa (Ghana/Kenya), the Carribeans (Bahamas/Jamaica/British Virgin Islands/Barbados), and Europe (London, England; Paris, France; Frankfurt Germany;Kiev, Ukraine) and Australia, speaking with City Officials, Pastors and Ministers about “Kingdompreneurs” and “Birthing Kingdom Vision”.
B.O.S.S. The Movement is a Christ-centered curriculum that targets the transformational generation of youth from ages 6 1/2 – 11 1/2. It is our belief that nations can be won to Christ in less than 12 years, if we train our children early in a systematic way, according to Proverbs 22:6.
For over 40 years, B.O.S.S. The Movement (for youth) / Vertical Leap (for adults) has helped youth and adults crystallize and live out their purpose.

B.O.S.S. FOUNDERS
Al Hollingsworth and his wife Hattie are wealthy business leaders, international speakers, ministers of the Gospel, and owners of the Aldelano Packaging.
Meet the landlords of the Ponderosa. In 1992, Al and Hattie Hollingsworth bought the land that was the California location of the Bonanza television series. Al’s and Hatti’s private Christian resort is a place for relaxation, training conferences and learning how to make dreams a reality. The Hollingsworths know about following dreams. Al received his life’s direction when he was knocked out during a college football game.
